March 23, 2004, Indianapolis, IN - For the second time in four years, Pac-Van, Inc. has won a “Best of Show” award at the Modular Building Institute’s annual convention and awards ceremony. The “Awards of Distinction” are given each year to recognize the best modular building projects in the world. The projects are scored in four different categories including: architectural excellence, technical innovation, cost effectiveness/energy efficiency and calendar days to complete.
This year, the Republic Bank Branch Office project was awarded “honorable mention” by the judges in its category, Renovated Reuse Under 2000 Square Feet, and was voted one of only four “Best of Show” winners by the attendees at the conference. This project was coordinated by Greg Constantine, T.R. “Doc” Smith, and the branch team in Louisville, KY.
